Purchasing:

By purchasing through CreepyCrawlys.com, you acknowledge that you are over the age of 18 and agree to the terms of service outlined below.

CreepyCrawlys.com cannot be held liable for any injury or harm caused by any livestock purchased from CreepyCrawlys.com. It is your responsibility to be aware of your State or Territories laws and regulations regarding the purchase and keeping of these invertebrates.

Warning:

Some animals available at CreepyCrawlys.com are venomous and bites are potentially harmful. Livestock with potentially medically significant venom must be purchased only by persons over 18 years of age. We accept no responsibility for any injury caused by invertebrates sold here. Shipping:

All livestock must be posted by express post. Posting is done every Monday & Tuesday for orders submitted by 9pm on Sunday, excluding those that fall on public holidays. We do not ship live animals during bad weather conditions to guarantee their safety. We currently do not ship to WA, NT or TAS.

Final Sale:

-Once an order is placed immediate payment is required. Once an order is shipped sales are final, no refunds will be provided if you change your mind after shipment. If your order hasn't been shipped and you have changed your mind, please contact us to have your order cancelled and refunded by Sunday at 3PM!

Refunds:

-Every effort is made to ensure safe travel for all livestock however in the event they arrive to you deceased we will happily refund the full purchase including the shipping cost with photographic evidence to be provided via email or text.

Shipping Responsibility:

-We take all necessary caution to ensure your pets cannot escaped during the shipping process, if you order is lost or stolen during the shipping process, we will happily refund the full purchase including the shipping cost with evidence to be provided.

Products/Descriptions Error:

CreepyCrawlys.com tries to publish descriptions of products as accurately as possible but sometimes errors happen.

We reserve the right to change the product descriptions at any time to more accurately reflect the information of the product.

We do not offer refunds for description mistakes such as estimated sizes.

SIZING:

All animals that are sold at a particular length or legspan are approximate sizes only and while we will endeavour to match the size listed, we cannot guarantee the exact size of the individual sent.

Please allow for slight variance when purchasing from our website.

Cancellation Policy:

We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason and refuse service without notice.
