Shipping Terms and Conditions

Shipping & Postage:


-Please note that live animals are only dispatched with Express Post on Mondays. Express post orders placed after 9PM Sunday (Adelaide Time) will be dispatched the following Monday. Orders may also be withheld from dispatch if our local temperatures are in excess of 30oC. 

-Shipping fee is a flat rate of $18.

-Once an order is sent, please allow up to 3-4 days for safe arrival with tracking numbers provided by email.


- Live animals are not shipped during bad weather conditions to ensure their safety.


- Please note that we currently do not ship to WA, NT, or TAS.

Order Processing:

- Orders received before 9pm on Sunday will be shipped out on that Monday.


- Orders received after 9pm on Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.


Delivery Time:

- Once an order is sent, please allow up to 3-4 days for the package to safely arrive.


- Tracking numbers will be provided via email for easy monitoring of your shipment.

Final Sale:

-Once an order is placed immediate payment is required. Once an order is shipped sales are final, no refunds will be provided if you change your mind after shipment. If your order hasn't been shipped and you have changed your mind, please contact us to have your order cancelled and refunded by Sunday 10PM! (Adelaide Time)


- We accept payment via PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, and other available methods.


- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate as we cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.

Refunds:

-Every effort is made to ensure safe travel for all livestock however in the event they arrive to you deceased we will happily replace or refund the purchase.

If you decide to receive a refund the cost of postage will not be refunded only the cost of the live stock in the case of replacement we will not replace individual invertebrates that pass in transit Unless it is of high value we only refund the cost if several die in transit we will replace the live stock at our own cost of the the postage for the replacement live stock.
We do ask that photographic evidence be provided that the animal was deceased on arrival within 2 hours of arrival.
Should no replacement be available, we may offer a substitute of comparable value should you prefer.



Shipping Responsibility:

-We take all necessary caution to ensure your pets cannot escaped during the shipping process, if you order is lost or stolen during the shipping process, we will happily refund the full purchase with evidence to be provided.


-Our packaging is eco-friendly, and our boxes and paper/packaging can be disposed of in the recycling bin.

Purchasing:

- By making a purchase through CreepyCrawlys.com, you acknowledge that you are over the age of 18 and agree to the terms of service outlined below.


- CreepyCrawlys.com cannot be held liable for any injury or harm caused by live animals purchased from us.


- It is your responsibility to be aware of the laws and regulations of your state or territory regarding the purchase and keeping of these invertebrates.

Disclaimer:

- Some animals available at CreepyCrawlys.com are venomous, and their bites can be potentially harmful.


- Invertebrates with potentially medically significant venom must only be purchased by individuals over 18 years of age.


- We accept no responsibility for any injuries caused by invertebrates sold on our website.


- Please handle all invertebrates with care and seek immediate medical advice if bitten.

WA Shipping:
