LIVESTOCK SIZING:
All livestock that are sold at a particular length or legspan are approximate sizes only and while we will endeavour to match the size listed, we cannot guarantee the exact size of the individual sent.
Please allow for slight variance when purchasing from our website.
POSTAGE:
All orders are posted via express post on Monday & Tuesday providing orders have been placed by 8:30AM Monday & Tuesday morning.
Once an order is sent, please allow up to 4 days for safe arrival with tracking numbers provided by email.
We currently do not post to WA, Tasmania or the NT.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No!
Are orders sent on a certain day?
-Orders made before 8:30M on Monday & Tuesday, will be sent out Monday or Tuesday. Orders are only sent on Monday or Tuesday mornings!
-All order received after this will be held until the following Monday or Tuesday.
Shipping Fee:
-All live invertebrates are sent via Express post at a flat rate of $15.
Shipping Responsibility:
-We take all necessary caution to ensure your pets cannot escaped during the shipping process, if you order is lost or stolen during the shipping process, we will happily refund the full purchase including the shipping cost with evidence to be provided.
WA Sales:

Final Sale:
-Once an order is placed immediate payment is required. Once an order is shipped sales are final, no refunds will be provided if you change your mind after shipment. If your order hasn't been shipped and you have changed your mind, please contact us to have your order cancelled and refunded by Sunday 10PM!
Refunds:
-Every effort is made to ensure safe travel for all livestock however in the event they arrive to you deceased we will happily refund the full purchase including the shipping cost with photographic evidence to be provided via email or text.
Livestock:
-We keep our invertebrates in the best possible condition until sold and delivered.
-All our invertebrates are either captive bred, or sustainably and ethically sourced.
