Refund policy

Every effort is made to ensure safe travel for all livestock however in the event they arrive to you deceased we will happily replace or refund the purchase.

If you decide to receive a refund the cost of postage will not be refunded only the cost of the live stock in the case of replacement we will not replace individual invertebrates that pass in transit Unless it is of high value we only refund the cost if several die in transit we will replace the live stock at our own cost of the the postage for the replacement live stock.

We do ask that photographic evidence be provided that the animal was deceased on arrival within 2 hours of arrival.

Should no replacement be available, we may offer a substitute of comparable value should you prefer.

It is imperative to clarify that we cannot be held responsible for items left uncollected beyond the scheduled delivery date, and consequently, no replacements or refunds will be extended.

Please be aware that we bear no liability for unsuccessful deliveries or uncollected orders on their designated day.

Kindly take note that once live invertebrates have been purchased, we are unable to accept returns.
