Shipping Rate:
- Our express shipping rate is $18.

Shipping Method:
- All animals ordered must be shipped via Express Post, guaranteeing the quickest and safest delivery of your animals.

Shipping Schedule:
- Orders are dispatched every Monday & Tuesday for orders received by 9pm on Sunday (Adelaide time), except for public holidays, when shipping may be delayed.

Weather Conditions:
- The well-being of the animals we send to our customers is our top priority. We do not ship live animals during adverse weather conditions to ensure their safety and health.

Shipping Locations:
- Currently, we do not offer shipping services to Western Australia (WA), the Northern Territory (NT), or Tasmania (TAS).

International Shipping:
- Please note that we do not provide international shipping services. We exclusively serve customers within Australia.
