Black Rock Scorpions (Urodacus manicatus) Central Victoria locale

Black Rock Scorpions (Urodacus manicatus) is a common, nocturnal arachnid found in eastern mainland Australia, typically between 5.5 and 7 cm in length. It lives in burrows under rocks or logs, hunts other invertebrates like cockroaches and spiders, and is only mildly venomous to humans, with a sting comparable to a bee's. Under UV light, it glows blue-green.
